When vision becomes reality: BELPIANO and MALGA SAN VALENTINO ski resorts are soon to be linked with two 10-seat cable cars, and the line is set to open in time for the 2018/2019 winter season. The SAN VALENTINO - BELPIANO line departs from a stop near the existing cable car valley station in San Valentino. It takes skiers to the MALGA SAN VALENTINO ski resort’s upper terminus via another station along the route. A second line, HÖLLENTAL, departs from the upper terminus, taking skiers to the JOCHABFAHRT ski slope in the BELPIANO ski resort.
These new connections and lines mark a milestone in the history of these ski resorts. The transport links allow easy access between the village of SAN VALENTINO and the BELPIANO ski resort, with the added bonus of being able to reach MALGA SAN VALENTINO too. They increase the quality and number of connections between ski resorts, making this entire region a more attractive holiday destination. The new BELPIANO - SAN VALENTINO line and the well-positioned HÖLLENTAL route, which boasts views of Lake Reschen and the church tower in Graun, vastly increase the amount of ski slopes skiers can access from Belpiano, which is a benefit for visitors and the region alike.
These connections are excellent news for the two ski resorts, which offer excellent-value breaks in both the winter and summer seasons.
